Calio ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (email, health metrics you log) and data synced from Apple Health or Google Fit with your permission.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the Calio service: computing recovery scores, generating AI coaching insights, and syncing across your devices. We do not sell your data.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU region. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.

4. Analytics

We use PostHog (EU region) for privacy-friendly product analytics. PostHog does not use cookies and does not share data with third parties. IP addresses are anonymised.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time. Contact us at privacy@usecalio.com to exercise these rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings, which will permanently delete all associated data within 30 days.
